Refund and Return Policy
Our refund policy entails a $200 Security Deposit due at time of booking to secure your reservation. $50 non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
Return of Vehicle
To be eligible for a full refund the vehicle must be returned in the same condition that you received it:
- Clean
- Full tank of 93 Premium fuel
- No dents or dings
- Odor-free/No smoking
- Within mileage agreement
Inspection will be done to ensure the condition of the vehicle, if any of the above conditions are not met, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please ensure all personal belongings are taken out of the vehicle prior to return/drop off. ME Luxury Rentals will not be liable for any lost items.
Refunds
Once the vehicle is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the results of the inspection for approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and returned within 24 hours.
Exchanges
We will replace vehicles if there is a malfunction during your reservation. If you need to exchange it for any reason, please contact us immediately.
